THE OFFICE OF THE WORKER ADVISER


The Office of the Worker Adviser (OWA) advises and represents non-unionized injured workers and their survivors in their workplace insurance cases. They also provide educational services to non-unionized injured workers and to those in the community who assist them. The OWA provides its services free of charge.

The OWA is an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Labour and is independent of the WSIB.
